had my five items. well, i improved, maintained and 'deproved' the only item i improved was inclined pull-up. for the rest, my standard was either maintained or dropped. nvm, the GOLD is for sure. though i dunno my 2.4 timing yet, it should be either a B or a C. yup. so congrats to myself((: three consecutive golds! band is very slack now. the sec 1s have officially joined and the sec 4s have left. so sad, the juniors dont even get to see their seniors. boohoo! and we had voting yesterday. wonder who will be dm/bm???
