FINALLY(: i've created a new blogskin and it's perfect. today i had two tests - ss/geog and emaths. i've made a blunder out of them and i dont wish to carry on. tmr is the long-awaited leaders' investiture and im really looking forward to it. hoots(: dont need to stay back for rehearsals anymore! the buddies are also gonna be sitting in for lessons. all except the extra me.

this weekend is certainly a very different one. i am having a hard time here entertaining Yang's buddy who is super quiet. besides, i have to study for a couple of tests next week and i dont even have a room to myself. bleax. she is now in my room reading da chang jin. hahas. our plan on friday was to go orchard and catch the harry potter movie but then there was the leaders' invest rehearsal. xinyi, jasmine and their buddies went to j8 to eat and walk. well, Yang's buddy wasnt interested in
eating and i prefered to go home and rest. so we went home and i did my homework. my mum brought her to compass point on saturday afternoon while i studied and then went tuition. today, we went to vivo city and ate at the food republic. just did some window shopping. went to candy empire and bought this sour candy which tasted horrible.
I MISS DREAMING BAMBOOS!!! she's so bubbly while Yang's buddy is so quiet. haiz, it's just such a pity that she couldnt stay. i would have been glad to bring her around. i hope she's doing fine. im sure she will also help me with my rollerblading last thurs if she's still here. i feel so extra now. im like the only one without a buddy. this wednesday, i will also feel very lonely when i wont have any buddy joining me for lessons. zhang meng zhu, may we have the affinity to meet again!

these 2 weeks have been full of fun and excitement. but not to mention disappointment too.
the t&f championships 2 weeks ago was an indeed eye-opener. although i missed band, i had enough practice at the cck stadium too, being the 'chosen one' to play the drum. cedar ended well in second position. keep up the good work! the journey home took almost 2 hours! i was dead tired when i reached home.
racial harmony day.
went to school early to dress up. jaan was so untidy in helping me to dress the sari. hmph. cannot walk properly. then during reccess i took out the whole sari and dressed again. this time so much nicer. (: took pics with classmates and section. it was a pity that i did not get to take pics with happy family coz xy was absent from school and the rest all very busy with ndp rehearsal and stuff. next year perhaps.
last weekend.
the buddies arrived. FINALLY. we had a gathering at east coast on sunday. jasmine yap and i cycled together while our buddies rollerbladed. then, we asked them to rest after some time while we continued cycling. we had an adventure then! we were cycling and changing the gears of the bicycle when suddenly jy stopped. the whole chain came off from the bike's gear! we spent quite some time repairing then my bike also suddenly got problem. hahas. it was really funny. during the actual bbq, i actually talked more then i ate. we were discussing abt the chinese names of the harry potter character. for example, albus dumberdore is ' a bu si dan bu li duo' or something. so funny! our buddies were so amazed by everything and kept taking pics. haha.
however, i wasnt to know that my buddy was going back soon! on monday, she did seem rather tired and bored with our ndp rehearsal. on tuesday, she suddenly got chest pain and was hospitalised! then she had an asthma attack on wednesday. it was just so unfortunate. worried, her father arranged for her to go back home. so now she's back at shijiazhuang after this morning's flight. i visited her at the hostel yesterday and even brought her to compass point and my house for dinner. sigh...

GO GREEN! save the earth now!
the LIVE EARTH concert was a nice initiative but more can be done. i only heard rong zu er singing a few songs including the I BELEIVE I CAN FLY which reminded me of my buddy. she sang the english version for some competition or sorts. it was really funny. ah...speaking of my buddy, she's arriving on the 21 JULY! cant wait to see her! i've got loads to tell her and it would be fun bbqing together on the 22 at east coast. cool, she'll be able to join us for classes too. i hope i'll have a birthday cake to share with her too. ((:

what a lucky day. this day will fall on only once in century.
anw, the second week of school is again over. nothing much happened this week except the giving out of test papers. i must say that im quite happy with the results coz i expected worse. yup, so im currently hoping for the best for chemistry and biology! then there's physics test next week and i hope i can get the chinese project done asap. since we are presenting in week 4, there isnt much time left. the worst thing is that not every one is free, even on a weekend! we may have to resort to practising during reccess time. sheesh.
