Raisin scones!
I think it's one of my best baking batch in recent months :)
They were such a huge sell out (in my family) that I don't think I'll have extras for the office.
Plus the entire process was so smooth (no nagging from mummy at all hahaha)
& it's very fun to 捏 the dough haha if you get what I mean; really literally like playdough heh :p
Previously, the blueberry muffins were good too but a tad too dry and too little blueberries.
But anyways, I'm so pleased I've decided to share the recipes here!
