And so 2013 has come to an end.
Every year brings new expectations, opportunities and challenges and I tend to enter the new year with trepidation because of all the uncertainties.
But I never fail to grow and learn during each year and 2013 was no exception.
Looking back, this year has been really good to me! :)
From taking off my braces to passing my Grade 8 practical to going on the WAT USA programme to celebrating my 21st (as well as that of many others) to getting into Uni-Y SMU ExCo.
I've been pretty lucky at finding jobs too haha with the two one-day jobs in May and my 3 weeks temp receptionist job at Remy and now my stint at Robert Walters.
Feeling really blessed indeed :')
Granted, not every thing was smooth-sailing but that's life isn't it haha
Studies wise, I was pretty distracted last sem but fortunately my results weren't really affected (yes results are out haha my gpa slid down again but my term gpa is actually higher than last last sem's) and I'm really very very thankful and relieved!
And on top of all these, I experienced a few whirlwind events this year.
They aren't downs, just signs that I'm growing up (and old sigh).
I may not be certain that 2014 will be a better year, but I promise to make the best out of everything and enjoy whatever that comes.
